We saw their new renovation and were sold on Craftsman. Chris and his guys started July 1 with demolition and redid everything from flooring, kitchen, bathrooms,painting, baseboards and crown molding. They installed custom made cabinets in the kitchen as well as under cabinet lighting. The new house sparkles and still smells new after renovation finished in December 2023. Couldn’t be more pleased with the communication during the process as we were up north. We are so happy with the quality of the work and the attention to all the details. We've hired Chris and his team a few times now, they renovated our kitchen a few years ago, recently added a new outdoor kitchen and built us a custom kitchen island.   They did a fantastic job each time, they handle everything with a great attention to detail, finishing each job on time or ahead of time, and with no budget surprises. Having managed 25 employees for 40 years in a very successful business, I know personally and professionally that a company's success is built on both the quality of the work performed as well as the caliber and character of its employees. Based on that latter criterion, I have no reservation making a 5-star recommendation of Craftsman Builders whose employee John I accosted in the parking lot of Lowe's recently because I noticed his work van advertised "Custom Kitchens and Baths" and I was there to replace a poorly performing bit for drilling through bathroom tile. John listened to my particular situation, explained some details about drilling through ceramic tile and then showed me the more robust drill bit he uses in his work. I thanked him and as I was about to leave, he handed me a brand new drill bit from his van supplies - and would take no compensation for either his advice or the drill bit. So 5 stars to Craftsman Builders whom I intend to contact next year when our plans to renovate our bathroom and kitchen in our Naples home are finalized.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  Our 23-year-old Pelican Marsh condo was in terrible condition. We needed a remodel badly. After interviewing 9 general contractors, only Craftsman Builders met our standards for honesty, integrity, and competence. In 3 months, Chris Cardwell and his team of fellow craftsmen remodeled the kitchen and all bathrooms with high quality cabinets Craftsman Builders is the distributor for, and replaced existing tile with high quality Italian porcelain tile. They also installed new lighting and plumbing fixtures. Throughout the job, they were courteous, neat, and used the best construction materials. Their workmanship was excellent.
